Its looking good for Luke Logan to win the shot and disc
another athelte of course is Ashton Bishop
and Lauren Dean from ST.Paul in the 110 Hurdles and 100 M
Luke won the shot and discus....Zach won the mile with a time of 4:51...i think luke threw 49 in shot and 137-5 in discus
What did zach get on the 2 mile?
"Somebody may beat me, but they are going to have to bleed to do it." -Pre
like a 11:16...David ran a 11:08....
Brittany Kilough absolutly dominated the distance races. she lapped i think half of the field in the mile and lapped the whole field twice in the 2 mile. she ran a 5:15 mile i think. last week she ran a 5:08 at the richmond meet. Kayli bates also won the triple jump
I am 100 times more open minded than most on here about the topics we talk about.-Raider13
